Default Speaking of Grouse

We have found a Sharptail Grouse Lek (breeding/dancing ground) on our Eastern Montana ranch. I am looking for some ideas to set up a blind for viewing this in the spring, and habitat enhancements to insure its longevity.

If anyone has experience constructing such a blind, or has seen anything thing like this, I would appreciate some input.
Some questions I have:
Size and type of blind to use?
Distance and direction from Lek?
Should habitat work be directed to the Lek or to the general population?
(Among several others)

Thanks,
Blackhawk

Thanks Brian, I have been hesitant to do anything for that exact reason.

Here is a link to the UWSP Prairie Chicken page for anyone that is interested. I have e-mailed the " Team Leaders" with a ton of questions. Thanks again for the info.
