Here are some of the birds we took on day 2 of my groups '05 South Dakota hunt.

The young man with me is Nathan and his dog Gunner. Gunner and my lab Maverick were professionally trained together during the spring and summer of '05. Nathan and I represent 2 of the 12 people in our group.

Here is the rest of the group minus one of our SD hosts and the photographer. The black lab is also one of mine (Cozmo-just turned 9).

I don't pheasant hunt because there so few pheasants here where I live. I did manage totake this picture a few years ago.

I haven't hunted pheasant, but have raised all of these fancy pheasant breeds.
