Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Possible state record

just talked to a friend of mine and he killed a STUD. I saw pictures of him. His stats are 10.5 inch beard, one spur 2.0 inches, one spur 1.75 inches, 19.5 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He hunted him for three years. Biologist said he may be as old as 7 yrs. No doubt the best Eastern I have ever seen.

Don`t forget jhalfhill, spurs are the true measure of a trophy turkey. Anyone with lots of corn and easy winters can have 20lb plus birds.

I like spurs, but you cant eat em!! The bird i killed weighed 30lbs, now that is a trophy in my eyes.
