Good job Pat -

I tried like the devil to find a kid to take on PA youth day. I had one lined up, and he changed his mind when a friend invited him over Friday night for a sleepover.

Kids... He passed up a guided and filmed hunt on some of the best turkey ground in SW PA. I guess he must not be into turkeys that much... oh well.

Stood up by a 13 year old. LOL

Great job on getting the youngster his first bird. Probably a turkey hunter for life now.

Way to go Pat. I think some of my bad karma rubbed off on the 18yr old rookie I had with me Sat am. He did the same as I did on the longbeard you called for me MISSED, a chipshot on a jake at 25-28yds. So shook up after shot he could hardly speak but when he did,he said it was the most fun he'd ever had. HE'S HOOKED lol Again congrats to AJ
PS looks like you found a razor since the last time I saw you. HAHA

Congrats Pat, on your successful youth hunt. I was out this past weekend with my nephew, but the weather made it miserable, and the birds seemed to be shut down. 1" of snow sunday morning, and we never heard a single peep all morning. That's turkey hunting though!!
