I had my red dot scoped switched from my muzzle loader to my Nova and did some patterning this weekend to get the scope dialed in. I started out with 3 inch Winchester double magum #5s to get zeroed in and then switched to my 3.5 inch Nitro 4x5x7 shells. At 20 yards the Winchesters put out a nice pattern and the Nitro puched a hole the size of a golf ball with a nice pattern around it. At 41 yards (measured with a range finder) the Winchesters put around 40 pellets in a 10 inch circle and the Nitros put 367 pellets in a 10 inch circle. Just thought some of you might be interested.

What kind of choke BM

I just ordered some shells from nitro i cant wait to see how they shoot.
I havent heard any bad things about them.

My choke is a 0673 Rhino 2" extended. It is the choke that Nitro recommends for the Nova.

Is the rhino best for a benelli super 90.

Go to the Nitro website and they list their recommendations for the best chokes with their loads. That does not mean it will be best with all loads but they have tested the specific guns with their loads.

Nice pellet count!! I'm very happy wtih the Nitro shells myself.

Nitros and Rhinos are very hard to beat IMO.
