scopes?
I was just kinda curious on what is a good turkey scope. I was looking at a Nikon 1.5-5X32...i was kinda wondering if that would be good enough to let light in for early morning hunts? or should i get a 40 instead of the 32?

RE: scopes?
I have a Leupold Vari-X II 1-4x20mm scope on my turkey gun. I've had it on there for 11 years now I believe. I haven't seen a scope yet that I would rather have for turkey hunting. You don't need a large objective on a low power scope for low light shooting.

RE: scopes?
I shoot the same scope as MOTT, a Leupold 1X4 shotgun scope. That Nikon would be a good choice as well, especially with that 32mm Objective lens. That would suck in more light than the 20mm on mine, and would be more benefical to you in the early morning.

RE: scopes?
I think you will find this new scope "very" interesting. It was also ranked #1 by ShotgunWorld.

I already bought one for my Muzzleloader and its brighter and clearer than my Nikon and can take a pounding with 150gr of powder without loosing zero. I will be buying a second one this week for my Shotgun.
