1300 Choke
#2
Colin, I have a 1300 currently with a Hastings .665 extended turkey choke. While not a bad patterning tube, I also have a Remington 11-87 with a Tru-Glo strut stopper choke, and this one shoots better in my opinion than the Hastings. I like it so much that I will be getting another for the 1300 as well!! I haven't tried out the new Winchester factory tube, they just must of come out with that tube. My 1300 is about 6 years old now, it's the NWTF edition with the laminated wood stock. I do like mine very much. I just happened to win the 11-87 in a gun raffel. For $49.95 in Midwest, the Tru-Glo is a super bargin in my opinion, the real sleeper of the bunch!! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

I've used the Browning Invector turkey tube which is very similar. The Truglo tube does a better job in my BPS. If you choose an aftermarket tube, try one with a .665 diameter. This size seems to be the best usually.
