Have had no experience with the SIMS pad but may soon be getting one (a slip over) for my Benelli Nova. I have installed (had installed) two Kick EEZ pads on two rifles and they are very effective. Ray

I just put one on my 870 a couple weeks ago. I've only shot it a few times since then but I can tell a big difference shooting 3 1/2" hevishot in 1 7/8 oz. #5. I have a pachmeyer decelerator pad on another gun and it also does a good job of reducing some of the recoil.

I bought one for my Dad's 300 wim mag coupled with an instock mercury supressor and it now shoots like a 30-30. They claim to abosrb 50 or 60% of felt recoil. I think the'yr great.I'm thinkin of getting one for my Mossy 500

I've heard great results from them. I was in the gunshop the other day and the guy told me Benelli was fixing to make this type pad for the NEW SuperBlackEagle and that pad would go right into the NOVA stock. I'm gonna wait another year and see if he's telling the truth.
