Well, I dont know about the rest of you fellas. But Valentines day is a very important Holiday around this house- This paticular holiday as most know, is the last one before Turkey season opens, so it's crucial to score "BIG" points with the better half to ensure no hang ups or discombobulations during the most important 30 days of the year-
Sooo, this year, rather then going to Walmart and pick out an ole card with some candy like the rest of you Joes, I decided to write a little romantic poetry for the hag,,, I mean lovely wife!!!!
Now dont laugh cause this is coming straight from the heart


Collards is Green,
My dogs name is Blue
and I is so lucky
to have a sweet thang like YOU
Yore hair is like cornsilk
a-flappiin in da breeze.
Softer den Blue's
and wit- out aw dem fleas.

You move like da Bass
which excite me in May.
You aint got no scales
but I luv you anyway.

Yore as fragrant as Snuff
right out of de can.
Yore as satisfy'n as okry
jist a fry'n in de pan

Like a good roll of duct tape
yore there fer yore man
to patch up lifes troubles
and fix what you can.

Cut from the best cloth
like a plaid flannel shirt
you spark up my life
like a fresh load of dirt.

Some men, they buy chocolate
for Valentines day.
They git it at walmart
its romantic that way.

Some men git roses
on that special day
from the cooler at Kroger
Thats Impressive , I say

But for this man honey
these just wont do,
Cause yore too special
you sweet thang YOU

I got you a gift
without taste no odor
more useful than diamondS..
