I will be turkey hunting for the first time this year. The shotgun I have is my grandfathers Winchester model 12. Are choke tubes available for this gun ? I have only used it for deer and it is quite old , but in mint condition.

No, Not without doing some work on the barrel, If I had a gun like that I'm not sure that if I would even hunt with it, and I sure would'nt be putting a choke tube in it.

Some of the model 12's have a really tight pattern. Your best bet is to test it out and find what you effective range is with different loads. It should work just fine if you stay with in your kill zone. I have 3 of them and they are a feally nice gun to shoot.
