Welcome to the forum,,,,I'm really not up to date on this gun , but I would think setup right you would have a nice turkey gun. I would think of a short barrel ,as it makes it easyer to handle when moving your setups...BT

I resently sold my 835 in hopes to purchase an auto-loader for turkey hunting,(my wife would'nt understand the need for two turkey guns, another story alltogeather).And I was kicking around a few makes and models for such a task. Particulary the Charles Daly&the Mossberg 935. Not that there was anything wrong w/the 835,I just felt it was time for a change. Again Thanks.
