Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I would most definitely cross the creek. This yr I had one goobling on the roost the only way I could get to him was to cross a swamp so I decided to go to him. Things were looking really good for me until I ran into a water moccassin(I was in knee deep water with snake gators that just happened to be under water) that decided he wanted to chase me back out of the swamp, but after he was killed I went to my tom and still missed his fly down. The next morning the same bird came to me on his fly down I called louder that the boss hen and him another nice long beard and the boss hen flew off the roost straight to me. The sad part is after all this work I MISSED HIM!!!!!!!!! LOL but it was worth everysecond of it. Hope he tries the same thing next season.
