I have no idea why he left theh bird, the guy never told me, but im going on the assumption that it was fairly close to the truck. I would not leavea turkey to lay. The guy that found it called the guy with the name on the tag and turned it in to the DNR.Why the DNR wouldnt let him get a pic with it is beyond my imagination...Why do they do half the stuff they do...They are good in alot of different things, like the way they' re handling CWD, but in other spots, they could use a little work. The bird was found dead in a road ditch.
