I may not be able to get the adjustment I want out of my iron sights on my Encore (they are sending me an even higher front sight). If not, I was looking at the Holo sight instead of a scope. Seems more similar to iron sights than a true scope. Anyone have any experience with them? [/align]

The EOTech holosight is the ultimate turkey sight I believe. It has a tremendous amoung of reticle adjustment: +/- 40 MOA. Unbelievable technology and ruggedness. Submersible to 10ft, battery life of 1,000 hours, withstands 1,000 g forces of recoil. Doesn't matter where you have your head if you can see the reticle you are on target. I handled one at the NWTF convention this Febuary and it is trememdous. I believe I have worked a deal to get one, we'll see.
Downside of course is the cost - about $450.00 for the 215.A65 the last time I checked.
