B Mobile share your experiences.....
#1
I just wanted to start a conversation about your guy's experiences with the b mobile. I have used it on several occasions with great success and I have put it out and had it punk out every bird that sees it. I can't really pattern this decoy. Sometimes is works great and sometimes it fails miserably. I am very interested in hearing your guys secrets and successes and failures with the b mobile. I'm going to trim the beard on mine and put a jake tail on him and see how that works.

if you reach up in the body you can pull te beard in. its just superglued in. thats what i do. and use a jake fan and it takes alittle of the dominance out of it.

Well, the B-mobile is a hard decoy to pattern. But I think that he's unpredictable dosen't override the benfits. Dad, mouthcaller, andI once got a flock of about 20 hens and 4 struttersall the way across the a field to him and 4 hens. But even with just with hens you can get an ol' tom to hang up. I hve had mostly good experiences with it.

me and a buddy had (itskinda crazy to picture this but) 7 hen decoys and 2 b-mobiles out in a field and 7 jakes came runnin across the field and 3 jumped on one of the b-mobiles and the other 4 jumped on the other b-mobile. until we pulled the triggers and 5 jakes left. that was bak when i first started hunting i dont shoot jakes now. i let them grow now

I have heard of Jakes being aggressive with the b mobile especially in groups but I have whole packs of Jakes come by and not approach the b mobile. I have never had a jake come to it.

jakes a funny birds anway. they are as hard to pattern as B. but i have had better luck by pullin the beard back in a little bit. then if i need to i can pull it backk out.
