WINCHESTER SUPER X 2

RE: WINCHESTER SUPER X 2
Kevin. I have had real good luck with the Tru-Glo ($30.00)by Mark BANNSER shooting the #6 3.6 Winchester EX range. But last year I jumped on the Nitro Train with the rhino ( $90.00) and not I can get 250 - 300 hits in a 10" circle @ 43 yds. I also have had the gun drilled and taped for a scope.
The gun is now called the " Field Howitzer"

"Mark Bansner" use to make the chokes for Tru-Glo a couple of years ago, and they called that particular choke tube the "strutstopper", cost was $50.00 back then. I bought that very choke and it loved the Winchester 3" HV 1 3/4oz of #5 shot best, but they now are making a cheaper version of that choke tube, since Bansner isn't involved anymore. Although I liked that Strutstopper/Winchester combo, it didn't impress me at the 40 yard marker!! I ended up going the Rhino/Nitro route myself years ago, and haven't looked back since!!
