benelli nova or mossberg 835

Which one of these two guns would be the better choice?

I would check them both out and see which one feels better to you and most comfortable. I have owned both and prefer the Nova over the Mossberg.

I have an 835 and my sons have Novas. The Nova is by far the smoother handling gun. I only use the 835 for turkeys, but for an all around gun, I would go for the Nova!

I' ve not owned the Mossberg but do own a Nova. It is a great gun. Get the camo model.

I own a Benelli nova, but have hunted with both of them and either one will do the job in my opinion. The Nova is a smoother action but to me the mossberg seems to have a better balance .
