Some excellent points. Fun is what it is all about. I also worry if I get to tight a pattern that I will miss birds in close. Most birds I have shot or called in have averaged 20 yards. With some of these super tight chokes I think that bobbing head might be pretty easy to miss.

I have to admit, I' m one of those guys looking for the " Holy Grail" LOL!!! Thank god we all don' t drive blue cars, choice is what makes the world go round. After several years worth of trying many differnt loads and chokes, I can finally boil it down to two each!! Thank goodness the quest is finally over!!! Now I can concentrate more on my calling ability and woodsmanship skill' s instead of at the pattern board!! I' m one of those guys who has to see first hand on things, instead of taking someone' s word on it. Now I know!! LOL!! Great post!!
