Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default turkey gun question

I am planning on buying a new shotgun for turkey/goose hunting and have a question. How important is it to have a gun in camo while turkey hunting over a gun in black/synthetic?

As long as your gun has a flat dull finish your fine... I'm pretty sure that all black synthetic stock guns have the dull finish on the metal serface...

You can always buy the camo stick on stuff from Camo Clad and camo your gun... I've used that on two of my turkey guns and love it...

The camo will help, but it isn't something that you have to have. I personally will pay the little extra money and get the gun in camoflauge.
