Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default I'm Taking This One with Me

Next week when I can finally get out.
I made this call from a Red Eared Slider turtle shell. The soundboard is made from rosewood accustic guitar scrap. The striker is made from carved elk antler and is capped with a laminate of rosewood, walnut, maple and ebony. When I was tuning the striker after I finished the call in my workshop, I called in a lone, lost hen ! She almost walked into my shop ! I was lucky enough to have my camera with me at the time and took some pic's of her walking around my property. She hung around for a good 20 minutes and then left after I stopped responding to her. An hour I called her back in again ! LOL

Hope I can get this pic posting done right.
