in years past I used a moss. 500 turkey special with hevi shot #6's. I'm leaving it at home this year. I'm going to go after my first archery bird. I will be shooting a high country tssr with gold tip arrows and vortex 75 gr. broadheads. Season is only 2-1/2 weeks away here in Indiana. I'm taking the whole first week of season off of work. I imagine i will need all the time i can get to get one with my bow.

I use a Remington 870 Express Magnum with a shortened stock to make it shoot more like a rifle.
Winchester Supreme 3" turkey loads w/ #5 shot.
TruGlo sights and a TruGlo Gobble Stopper choke tube.

Remington SP-10 Magnum 10 guage shotgun with 30" barrel and full choke. I use 3 1/2 inch Remington Premier Magnum turkey loads with 2 1/4 ounces of #4 shot but would be interested in knowing if there are any handloads out there that would allow me to further exploit the potential of the SP-10.
