IM CONSIDERING LEASING SOME ACREAGE IN PA OR NY.
I HEARD ITS AROUND $5AN ACRE, ARE THEIR USUALLY OTHER COSTS? HOW DOES IT WORK?
DO YOU JUST GET TO HUNT THE LAND OR CAN YOU SET A TRAILER ON IT, ECT.

The cost depends on the area, but $5 an acre sounds about right if it is a decent parcel of land. The other stuff varies, but usually you get the right to limit traffic with locks, etc... and placing a some type of living area would be up to the land owner. It can't hurt to ask.
