After turning 40, my eye sight started to dwindle. I debated over scoping my turkey gun also but finally decided to. I went with an inexpensive Leupold 1x4 and have never looked back. I think you will like it.

All the banging around I do falling down hills and such... I just shoot on the pins... I bought a red dot a while back and was going to use it... but it just didnt feel right... I like to put the pin on em...
