need answer on .22 lr ?
hey guys heres the deal.a week ago today i flipped my truck on the way to work.it flipped end over end twice then got on its side and started to roll.i am extremely lucky to be sitting here today and you would say the same if you saw my truck.i am a salesman for coca cola and it will be at least another week before ill be out in my truck delivering cokes and filling stores.i am now able to get around a little bit astill there would be no way i could shoot my 12 ga turkey gun.my shoulders, back, ribs, chest and neck are still really sore.i have a ground blind i had been hunting from some and my question would a .22 lr and distances 30 yards and closer EFFECTIVELY take a turkey and if so what would be the aiming point?

Check the regs before you head out. It's illegal to use a .22 in my state, I don't know about yours.
If it's legal, by all means take your .22 out there and come back with a story for us.
Aim for the head, with a .22 you should be able to put a dime sized hole in a turkey's head at 30 yards.
Glad to hear you're ok!
