MDManiac,

I took a couple of days off, me and him both needed some rest. I've been fishing the last two days. As I write this it's 3:23 a.m. Wednesday 19th. I'll be leaving the house around 4:30, gonna change up on Whoopbutt a little. I'm taking two homemade calls with me, one a friend made for me years ago, and one I made trying to copy his call, they sound different. I'm leaving all my store bought toys at the house, even my stool and blind.

I've made up my mind, I'm going to give him five love calls when he gobbles, then I'm going quiet. I want to mess with his brain a little, he has messed with mine enough.

JW & ryncam16,

JW, you can be assured you will hear me. ryn, I saw him on the roost one morning and he looked big, but because of poor light not sure. I have also seen him in full strut two different times at about 80 or so yards. Where I hunt has a lot of palmetto and it's just plain hard to tell much about him. He always has hens come to him or he'll go to them, should be gettin close to the time when the hens won't tolerate him, then will be my best chance.
