hunting alone or with someone else? if i am pulling the trigger i like to hunt alone, i like the camping with other hunters, and hearing all the stories and when iam tagged out i like roosting and finding birds for other hunters and then taking them out and calling. ther is nothing like wandering around the woods in search of these birds sometimes i just like to hunt solo anyone else?

I am a people person, I hate hunting alone with a passion. Much more fun to enjoy the exp. with someone else!

even though dad taught me ALOT....and i love hunting with him.....and have tons of buddies we have a blast hunting deer and small game........when it comes to turkeys i am solo.....once in a while with dad......we killed(he killed it!)one bird the 5yrs i had to hunt with him.....first 2yrs i went out alone i killed a bird both years....many many close encounters those years with dad...just couldnt get it all to work out......think it goes better with 1 person.....you set up how you want....call how you want ect ect......and less chance of being busted ect

I like to turkey hunt alone...wish i had the patience to bring someone along with me...but when i'm in my groove and am focusing only on the hunt...i tend to leave others behind...i like to 'run' an 'gun'...there have a been a couple of guys i've had in the woods with me that just couldnt or want to keep up...But i do like to hunt with two or three guys during deer season...i have a friend that i've hunted with for about twenty years...we've gotten to know how the other operates...we seem to know what the others doing all during our hunting time in the woods...we work well together. My bro-in-law is the same...he and i can leave our stand at what seems to be just the right time...the other knows this and begins checking the usual escape routes for movement, even tho we havent signaled each other over the radios

I get a bigger kick outta watchin someone else shoot a bird than shootin one myself. If I'm gonna shoot I'd rather hunt solo.So I guess the answer is BOTH
