Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Good job so far team 9!!!!!
I got back from my midewst tour this morning. It started off bad I missed a meriam first day in S.D. with my bow. My wife-camera women got a concussion. So we canceled the rest of S.D. and Nebraska. To make a long story short it was a scarey few days but by the end of the week she was ok and the Dr. cleared her to hunt. We were off to Kansas. It was her first turkey hunt ever and she used the bow. SO obviouslyI was behind the camera and I left her do almost all the hunting. She passed up 17 jakes that were together she wanted a long beard. She missed 2 birds I missed 1. Next was Missouri... All I needed was an eastern for my bow slam. Well I completed it!!!! 20lbs 10 oz. beard is questionable I get anywhere from 10.75 -11 inches. So i will leave it up to my taxidermist to measure it. I will post pics later.

Well I'm back from Michigan and had a few nice gobblers close but not close enough!!! I ate tag soup in Michigan! I did get alot of work done on the property, such as planting of 1100 trees, 2 new food plots and a few cords of firewood cut!
I have 1 more chance in Wisconsin in a few weeks so I hope I get my bird! Good Luck!!

Congrats on the birds guys. My couple of days off were a heck of alot of fun but I have yet to pull the trigger.
I passed on a jake, had a couple of hens within 20yrds, and saw probably the biggest tom of my life. He passed my blindfollowing 3 hens, he was interested in my 3 hen decoys but didn't come closer than 50yrds. Man I wish I had put out the jake decoy with them that morning.
I still have till the end of the month, but no more time off so it will be weekends only, theres no sunday gun hunting in the area so 1/2 of my remaining hunts will be archery.
