How do i smell?
#1
I have been turkey hunting for a year now and i love it, i haven't gotten a bird, but i love it. I was wondering if scent elimination isimportant at all, or if camoflage does a good enough job of hiding a hunter. im not blaming my lack of getting a turkey this year on it, im just curious.

All above what they said it is true!
If turkeys had a sense of smell as keen as deer we would never kill them!
However,
I do take notice of my scent for another reason! I hutn turkeys in lots of states that deer are present. I have had deer wind me and spook my in coming victim. So I do take care with scent now and try to keep the ole BO thing down to a minimum....
But again it don't matter what side of the wind I set-up on
And to stress once again what others have said - MOVEMENT - will kill ya every time.
