Those look very nice! That can really save you some jing. I am too afraid mine would trun out crappy to try. Maybe sometime I will gain the courage.

This is a pic of my old lady's first bird....nice big bird but a little lacking in the beard. The backboard is what we down here call a catface. It's a piece of pine that was allslashed up to allow pine sap to run out of the tree to be boiled down for turpentine. In this area it's from probably 20's through early 40's. So it may have been in the woods for 80 something years and we found it near where she shot her first osceola. The shotshell thats not cut up is from where she missed the same bird a week earlier, and the brass holding the beard is the one she bagged the gobbler with.
