I did both of these this year. I got the stuff for the top one at Lowe's for $15 and I got the stuff for thesecond one at Wal-mart for $5.

Look good to me, one question though. Is that electrical tape around the top of the beards in the first pic, or is it just me?? Anyways, they look great.

lol yep I put tape above the top of the beard so I could put the screw through it rather than mess up the beard.Hey what can I say I'm a redneck.;)

If you were a real redneck, you'd be usin' duct tape :D Here's my fan mount, got the plaque on Ebay for $20. I like the picture frame idea. Too bad I didn't take a decent pic to put in it, but I did add some text with the turkey's measurements. Lets see some fan mount pics!

Looks good, I have a similar mount only I added the wings on the sides of the mount. After a few fans you look for something a little different.
