Well, on a whim, I drove out there. Son of a bitch, the Masterlock Python lock was froze solid. The spot where the key goes in was froze shut...

Game over, I'll have to run out there with a lighter or a can of Freeze-Lock sometime within the next week.

Well, I had 1,320 pictures on the camera this time. All but about 20 of them were junk. It had a bunch of pictures of me, 3 pictures of a 6pointer - and once that little buck tripped the camera - it kept taking 3 shots every 10sec till the batteries died....

Update:

After the 1,300 pictures, I called Bushnell yesterday and they told me to send it in, that it's a sticky trigger or whatever. Too bad I had already replaced the batteries for expensive ones and put it back out before I called them...

so I went out there today to grab the camera, since I figured there would be no reason to just kill $12 in batteries. Low and behold, it only took 32 pics - mostly of me setting it up, then a doe, and then a cat....meow.

so do I still send it in? or do I try to keep it out for another week or two with the expensive batteries?
