Update:

After the 1,300 pictures, I called Bushnell yesterday and they told me to send it in, that it's a sticky trigger or whatever. Too bad I had already replaced the batteries for expensive ones and put it back out before I called them...

so I went out there today to grab the camera, since I figured there would be no reason to just kill $12 in batteries. Low and behold, it only took 32 pics - mostly of me setting it up, then a doe, and then a cat....meow.

so do I still send it in? or do I try to keep it out for another week or two with the expensive batteries?
