I have been very happy with my Moultries but my Cudde nf just were not worth the money. I have not used the others but the moultrie is pretty darn good.

I have a Stealth CAM IR and I love it. I can 2 for the price of 1 Cuddeback and it works just as well.

My I40 has been great so far. It's cheap to use because it is so easy on batteries. I can't say it is the best out there because I never owned anything but the I40 thus far.

I would have said the I40 but if it is a 2008 model, then I definitely give the edge to the scout guard. Faster trigger and battery life with 8 AAs averages about 4-5 months with mine on 5MP 3 pic burst. I40 slowed their trigger to 3.5+ seconds and more whiteouts

My I60 has been out since the spring and still has like 50% battery life left. I really like it. It triggered a picture of a deer about 25-35 yards out. And it triggered at my dad on the 4 wheeler about 50 yards out.

The only IR that I have experience with is the I-40 to date, I would buy another one in a minute. Good clear pic's, easy to set upand the battery life is killer, which is my main concern, I can only check camera's every 6-8 weeks with my schedule. The last time I checked mine it had 1300+ pic's and still had 65% battery life and had been out for 8 weeks....

I have both the SG550 and the I-40. They both take quality pics. The trigger time is ~1.3 sec with the sg550 and the i-40 has a trigger of 2.5-4 seconds. Video works great in both cams. The moultrie can be set to 1 min per occurance to take a burst (13 sec apart) where the sg550 can be set to take a picture every second, it is only capable of ~ 7 secs. per camera reset. They both have high quality IR flashes, with the sg550 being narrower. Battery life is optimal for both units. Overall, a feeder camera is what moultrie designed its camera for. the sg550 is more of a trail camera(and i have caught deer trotting, even jumpingby). The battery life in both is great, this is where you will lose in the stealth cam.
