Scoutguard question
Hey guys, I just got a scoutguard 550 and when I plug the external key pad into it all I get is a blue screen with no text. Is this fixable or do I need to send the camera back?? Thanks

Make sure you put the SD card in first, then plug in the remote, then turn it on. How many beeps do you hear? 2 or 3? What card are you using? Check to see that the card is not locked. Should show a blue screen with the power off.
