Default Moultrie I40 reset button?

Is there a reset button on the Moultrie I40??

I got a Moultrie I40 a couple of weeks ago, did theweb site downloads and built a security box (thanks to stainless, I will post pictures later).
Went to put it out yesterday and could not get the camera to go to "auto mode" even after letting the camera sit for 4 minutes as the directions statedthe camerawould automaticlly switch.

After bringing it back home, I discovered that the level 2 software was not updated.
Per the instructions, when I tried to clear the internal memory andformat the SD card the camera kept saying to redo.
When I tried to download the update, my computer would not recognize the camera but the camera could read the computer as the camera read USB active and the status light was on.

I then thought I could remove the batteries (overnight) and start all over. NOT.
All of my changes are still there.
Does anyone know of a reset button on this camera?

I have had success with Moultrie's service before, so I am going to call them tomorrow and see if no one here knows.

well for one i dunno about a reset button but ive never had a white out pic on my cam and i did try to d/l the updates and couldent figure it out lol so my cams not upgraded and its in the woods working just fine as it was when i bought it

I can't even get the camerainto Auto or handheldmode so it will take pictures

I called this morning and as expected I have to send the camera back, which I did this morning.

I have dealt with them before regarding a feeder and got excellent customer service, so I expect nothing less this time.
I will keep you posted
