Default Probs with Moultrie (sort of)

I have had my Moultrie 4.1 out for almost two weeks now along a creek "funnel". I have been getting some great pictures of the deer but I have noticed every other night when I got into hunt I will have 300 to 400 pictures on it. 6-10 will be of deer at night and the rest are just of the day passing by. I notice when it is a partly cloudy day or is breezy the pictures really rack up. I have it stationed near the edge of a tall grass field 5 yards off a main trail. There is nothing out there but head high brush so I had to attach it to a 4' piece of 2x4 sunk in the ground. Is there some way I can set this up so as I can optimize the range of the motion detector but not too disturb the area. Or if I move it inside the brush line in the shade will it help? Maybe my settings are messed up? I have it on multiple image(3) to catch if there is multiple deer int he group should I change that to 1 pic per event? Thanks!!

The wind and the grass are doing it . Find a clear area and cut anything that will move that is in front of the camera . I always carry a cuter with me when I set up a camera . Before I did this all I got was pictures of grass , now they are almost all deer , turkeys or other little animals .
