anyone use Photobucket? What are other good sites to resize pics?

anyone use Photobucket? What are other good sites to resize pics?
I couldn't figure out how to upload pics on my Photobucket accout to try an resize them to post. The site has changed and I didn't see any way to download pics (??). What other sites are out there to resize pics??

I answered my own question (at least part of it). Found a good, simple site for resizing. Takes seconds to resize. Check out:

Photobucket has changed and is easier and harder to use now. You have to carefully look over the page to find the spot to adjust the picture size Before uploading now. It is not hard just you have to look around more. Don't just upload

another thing is that more and more companies are blocking sites like photobucket. so when I am at work any picture that is hosted on photobucket just shows up as a red X.
