Tried to post a pic for another member who had
a question about a winchester...and my photobucket account
was not accepted...How do I fix this?

ok how do i post pics on this web site. It says they are all to big.

The file size is too big if your camera has a setting where you adjustit for a lower resolution IE less Less Megapixels
or either reduce the size of the picture

Photobucket has an editing option where you can reduce the Pic where you can post it on to the forum page

Damned if I know.Every once in a stupid while I get a hankering to post one and give it a shot. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Don't ask me why.

go register for a free account at photobucket...

upload the photos you want to display there first.

After that, there's a couple different ways to do it: you can right-click on the photo (after it's hosted at photobucket) and copy the address and come back here and paste it between these.. . Type them EXACTLY like that.

You can also copy the URL which will be displayed underneath the pic, come back here and left click on the far right icon above the text box when you're posting (it looks like a couple mountain peaks with a yellow sky and a sun in the upper right hand corner). That'll give you a pop-up box in which to paste your URL and will insert it into your post for you...
