Which Leafriver do you have? Is the trigger time pretty fast? They say they have a setting to make trigger time faster , but battery life less.
Does trigger time compare to Cudde?

It's the DC-2BU model. The trigger time is suppose to be 5 seconds. It does have a sensitivity knob but I really haven't experimented alot with it yet. I've only had it out a week and don't think I had it aimed very well. I think it was pointing a little too high and was only triggered by deer within 10yds or so.

It has since been relocated and I will check it again this weekend.

As for how it compares to the Cuddeback....I really can't answer that, I have no experience with Cuddeback. I have read some reviews about cuddeback that claim the trigger time is a bit faster.

I hope so, we have 3 mineral blocks setup across the property in hopes of giving them as much nutrition as possible to promote their overall health and antler growth.

Minerals are good, (Recommend natural mineral licks) but antlers are made made up of 80% protein. Make sure the two big minerals to include in the supplementsare calcium and phosurous.

That Leaf River picture quality is real good. The Bushnell wasn't too bad either. Not the close up, but the other.
