Default Cameras in the winter?

I have one of the cheaper Moultrie digital cameras and I was thinking about leaving it out through the winter. Will they hold up and function alright or freeze and crack? Anyone have any experience/suggestions?

Default RE: Cameras in the winter?

I've used several cams through the past couple of winters with the lowest temps in the single teens and they performed well. I would expect that it should be OK. I would say that the worst that would happen would be for it to stop operating when it is the coldest and then start operating again when it warms back up.
