Another thing you might have to do is format it as FAT. Do NOT format as FAT32. I had been trying both to get mine to work when neither would. When they sent it back I has 2 that were FAT and one that was FAT32. The FAT32 only worked AFTER I reformatted it. Good luck on that scrape.

Its not the card. I set the camera up tonight and let it snap maybe 10-12 photos as the GF and I walked in front of it from time to time. Turned it off, put the card in my reader and I had 2 photos. Slightly encouraging, so I fooled with it for awhile longer and it for about every 5-6 times it is triggered I get 1 photo. Yay.

Time to call these folks on Monday. I'm sure this will be fun.

Buy a camtrakker.
I will second that!!! I had a Cuddeback that was JUNK, but I have been using a Camtrakker digital for 3 years now without a hiccup. I just bought a second Camtrakker digital Ranger about 3 months ago and probably have 4000 pictures with it so far without a problem. In the last month, I have gotten over 6000 pictures between my 2 Camtrakkers.
