I'm curious what style grip most of you use. Please indicate whether you shoot with a split finger (Mediterranean) grip or three fingers under. Also please indicate whether you shoot a recurve or longbow. In my case, it's split fingers with a longbow.

Split finger,thumb in ear.

3 under with a 62" longbow (instictive). Shoot the same release with a recurve. Anchor index finger in the side of mouth.
