I'm curious what style grip most of you use. Please indicate whether you shoot with a split finger (Mediterranean) grip or three fingers under. Also please indicate whether you shoot a recurve or longbow. In my case, it's split fingers with a longbow.

Jack&gt; You've seen me shoot. I may be a little unorthodox, but using both hands on the grip adds to stability and pulling the bow with the primary and second toe isn't that hard to learn.
