Don' t keep us in suspense. How was the KK? Chad, John Nail was looking for your booth. I responded that you didn' t have one but had set up shop across from the showers and bathrooms. Did Troy make it down? Wish I was there.

Man, wish you could have been there. It had been raining and some of the camp sites on the lower end were flooded (not usable), but Friday and Sat the weather was absolutely perfect. The ranges had a little mud, but nothing that you couldn' t put up with. Short sleeves in the day, campfire at night, just cool enough for a sleeping bag. Hate that I missed John--hopefully will catch him at Cloverdale though. Troy was there, and he did really well--of course we still had to give him all kinds of crap along the way. It was a great time for sure. Vendor turn-out was low, but that was a good thing this year--the field the vendors usually set up in was too wet, so they had to move up by the pavillions, which really limited space. They still had pretty much anything you were looking for, just not as many folks to buy it from. I didn' t see any bowyers there, aside from selfbowyers, but lots of bows for sale.

Headed for the ASTB Children' s Hospital Benefit in two weeks, then Twin Oaks, then Cloverdale--whoo-hoo!

CT ya should have bit the bullet and made the drive it was a blast.I shot like crap and they did give me ALOT of crap but it was fun.I think the only bowyers that showed up was striker and iron mountain and a few self bowyers but there was plenty to look at and more to buy than I had money for.The just cool enough for a sleeping bag thing that Chad mentions really means froze my big butt of Friday night ( 35 ) not to bad Saturday night but it was nice during the day. My head is so burnt I got blisters lol

I forgot about Harrelson, and I think Elk Ridge was there? So much for my memory.....[X(]

I just can' t figure it out--these fellers from places like OH, where the snow gets knee-deep to a giraffe think that 35 degrees is cold, and a redneck from MS, where when it snows it makes the news and seldom see it get in the single digits, was nice and toasty in a sleeping bag . Speaking of nice and toasty, poor ' ol Troy' s noggin did get roasted--lol.

John, I should be easy to find at Cloverdale. Be sure you stop by and say hi!

Chad, it' s ' cause of the way Ohio weather is. Winter leaves like the flip of a switch. I' ve seen some years where you switch from parkas and hand warmers to shirt sleeves and sun block in the same week. That' s no exageration. From mid 30s to 40s up to 60s. So even though I was walking around in shirt sleeves when it was in the 30s back in Febuary, even the low 40s are too cold for a light coat. As for Troy, well you' ll just have to forgive us Ohioans. There are a few bad apples on every tree. Just kiddin, Troy.

Did anybody ever hit the $100 bill on the goofy longrange target? I shot a real nice 6-arrow group about 15 feet short..[:@]
