RE: How was the KK??????
Man, wish you could have been there. It had been raining and some of the camp sites on the lower end were flooded (not usable), but Friday and Sat the weather was absolutely perfect. The ranges had a little mud, but nothing that you couldn' t put up with. Short sleeves in the day, campfire at night, just cool enough for a sleeping bag. Hate that I missed John--hopefully will catch him at Cloverdale though. Troy was there, and he did really well--of course we still had to give him all kinds of crap along the way. It was a great time for sure. Vendor turn-out was low, but that was a good thing this year--the field the vendors usually set up in was too wet, so they had to move up by the pavillions, which really limited space. They still had pretty much anything you were looking for, just not as many folks to buy it from. I didn' t see any bowyers there, aside from selfbowyers, but lots of bows for sale.
Headed for the ASTB Children' s Hospital Benefit in two weeks, then Twin Oaks, then Cloverdale--whoo-hoo!
