Chad, it' s ' cause of the way Ohio weather is. Winter leaves like the flip of a switch. I' ve seen some years where you switch from parkas and hand warmers to shirt sleeves and sun block in the same week. That' s no exageration. From mid 30s to 40s up to 60s. So even though I was walking around in shirt sleeves when it was in the 30s back in Febuary, even the low 40s are too cold for a light coat. As for Troy, well you' ll just have to forgive us Ohioans.
