Well, I know I am keeping it as a crutch. Especially for rut. Just can't bring myself to get rid of it. If I could get the idea out of my head, where I am always comparing compound shots to trad shots, I wouldn't mind to hunt with it.
We all put so much effort and time into our trad bows, and I know I am looking for something. A feeling of accomplishment from building the bow to killing with it, and with a good ethical shot. I know I spend at least 3 hours a week shooting, and another 4-5 hours a week on my selfbows, and building arrows.
