This year, I took matt's lead and will be using phantom 200gr. I tried 190gr simmons but couldn't get them to fly well.

Jeff you may want to look into these heads too. Kanga can vouch for them. They are made in austrailia. Top notch heads they are.

Them phantoms look like a good head. My only question is has anyone had them break off on the tip like the Steelforce heads do? They seem some what similar in design in the front of the head but the muzzys are a tad shorter up front then the Steelforce are so maybe not.

Schultzy, if you want to try a few 220 grain let me know. I think I have a few laying around. Shoot me a PM. I never tried them on game though.

I've hit a couple unintended hard objects with 100 gr phantoms with no issues on the tip bending.
They fly real nice. But I'm going with the 100 gr 2 blade stingers this fall

I've had good luck with Ribteks and Wensel Woodsmans, but I figure there will at least a few Ace Standards in my quiver when I go to CO for elk this September. I'm sticking with 125 grain--haven't had a need for the flying butcher knives so far, although they are available from Ribtek and Ace (I have some from Ribtek--they almost look like a spear head).

I have some 125gr Steelforce downstairs and some 220gr Muzzy Phantoms..........the comparison of Geo Metro VS Dump Truck comes to mind.
Thanks also Rybo.
