True for a prototype it did comeout looking good,so yours will be even mobetta! Just don't let Frodo know he's doing good...imagine a LARGE head on a 5 foot frame(I'll catch grief from him on this)!

Actually I think walnut or mahogany will match better since there is a piece of each in the riser. One of those with the yellowheart will work well.

I might only be 5' tall but that still makes me head and shoulders taller than you limp lizard.

Hey I watched your commercial last night that cliff diving in Mexico looks like a blastI feel sorry for the dove tho

Yellow heart and paduka is a good contrast. I made a riser once with yellow heart, purlple heart and maple. All vertical press rather than horizontal pressed. It was real cool. I think ill have to do it agian. I just hate working with purple heart. Only wood harder is iron wood or ebony. Which are real cool woods too, but are a killer on your machines.

Thats what I suggested to Greg but he wanted them on the horizontal something about bad knees or something to that effect

The next one I make after Greg's I am going to do the riser vertical.
