Nothing better for a bowfishing rig, IMO. And they're handy to put on a kid's bow so you don't have to worry about getting gloves that fit right or keep having to replace lost tabs. They work just fine. The only drawback is their weight will noticeably cut your arrow speed.

Great for a fishing bow, IF you can get good arrow flight. Had one on my fishing bow, and it was worthless for a deep shot--arrow hit the water crooked and took off like a drunk torpedo. Took me a little while to figure out why I couldn't hit anything!
Lots better than getting water, mud, seaweed, fish goo, etc. on your glove if you arrow will still fly straight, but if not........take an old glove or tab.
I do like them for kid's bows, since it's hard to properly fit a kid with a glove or tab, and about the time you do find the right size they loose it or outgrow it. Wouldn't use one on a serious hunting bow though--too much weight on the string.
